Align with the 30-30 target, we are pleased to present a delicious, sustainable and healthy meat to add to our daily food consumption. Our meat is plant-based from natural ingredients. It offers the same great taste, texture, mouthfeel and nutritional value while reducing the impact on the environment
We also travel around the region to explore culture and tradition through food. We see that food, for example rice - a staple for three quarter of the world’s population, is cooked and served in different ways when it is in different part of the world. Thus, through food, we can learn a good variety of histories, traditions, and cultures.
We visited Batuan Kaler Village of Gianyar regency, one of the last few traditional villages in Bali, to experience their festive celebrations, traditional architecture, Balinese village lifestyle, cock fighting, Padang dinner and popular Babi Guting. We cooked our famous Singapore cuisines like chilli crab, curry fish, fried rice, roasted pork, and lobster noodle for 90 villagers to taste and experience our food. We also did a free meal of Singapore’s style curry lamb for 30 guests of a five-star hotel, the Garcia Ubud.....
more on completed eventsOur next destination is Surakarta, a traditional city in the Central Java Province. Surakarta (or Solo) has long history and has enormous ancient architecture still available to visit. Some of the historical sites that are worth visiting are the Hadiningrat Palace, the Solo River (Bengawan Solo), and other sites and museums. We will be exploring their History and see how it has shaped the food culture of the society.
Following Central Java, we will make continue our trip to Jakarta. We will explore the route whereby the 9th century Maritime Silk Route has taken place.
